The Yapback website and Mobile Apps provide people with an easy way to give feedback, and provide businesses with an easy way to interact with their customers. When alerting businesses to user feedback on the Yapback site, we provide them with an opportunity to engage with and respond to the person who left it.

Businesses are invited to manage their own Yapback page, which is completely free of charge, and can be used as a key tool for gathering feedback and engaging with their customers, whilst at the same time promoting their services.
